Keep the edge.
PICORN runs a 1.2 MB alpha-matting model on your device. No image upload, no API key, no waiting for a server. Correct tricky areas with one green or red stroke.
Images stay in this browser tab.
Give it a difficult edge.
Hair, fur, feathers, leaves and thin objects show what the alpha matte is doing.

Paint roughly over the wrong area.
Green keeps an area. Red removes it. PICORN grows your hint through the connected region, then rebuilds the soft alpha along the visible edge.
A small model, plus image-aware correction.
One compact alpha model
A 524k-parameter ONNX graph predicts a soft foreground matte instead of a hard cutout.
Edges that follow the image
Eight small WebGPU passes follow similar colours. A guided pass cleans the alpha without erasing hair, wires or small holes.
Hints that understand regions
The refine brush builds a local trimap, grows through connected pixels and keeps changes inside a controlled band.
